    You use the recreation home recreationally yourself. It is in a beautiful location on the IJsselmeer or on the Ursemmerplas. At our resorts, there is plenty of opportunity for water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing and canoeing.  Please note: permanent occupancy is not allowed.

    Full letting

    If you decide to buy a vacation home and rent it out, our professional rental organization will take care of everything. You won't have to worry about anything and will benefit from an attractive multi-year yield.

    Partial letting

    A combination of personal use and letting is also possible at Beach Resort Vastgoed. This allows you to enjoy your holiday in your holiday home and make the home available for rent when you are not using it yourself.
