As soon as you enter the living room through the central hall, your eye immediately catches
the view of the beach, the port entrance, and the IJsselmeer. The large
windows and sliding glass doors provide this stunning view and
plenty of natural light. The living room is nice and spacious and is heated by
the underfloor heating system. The home was recently completely remodeled in 2022,
as well as restyled, and features cozy comfortable furniture such as the
generous corner sofa and box spring beds. The open kitchen is equipped with a
granite countertop, microwave oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Open the double sliding glass doors and the generous roof terrace becomes one with
the living room. The L-shaped roof terrace faces south and is
sheltered by the glass windbreak on the west side.
The two bedrooms are truly spacious and equipped with a
built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with

This building complex, at the far end of the resort, features a

gallery and, of course, an elevator from the parking garage to your
apartment. The building complex was built in 2002, and in 2022 the exterior

General:
There is a homeowners' association which has a multi-year
maintenance plan. The HOA contribution is: 389.15 euros per month. The
apartment was renovated, repainted, and redecorated in 2022
by a stylist with a nod to the location and a great sense of
